I am very busy in my profession with an erratic schedule that makes my time very important and oftentimes difficult to schedule around. So for me it was important to find someone who was not only a solid agent with a proven track record but who understood the value of my time and was willing to take care of the little things when I wasn’t around (putting more flyers out, ensuring my house was in good condition before a showing, scheduling contractors to address any repairs that were required, and introducing me to lenders for my subsequent purchase). I felt very comfortable with Dana upon meeting her as she was very personable and conveyed a thorough understanding of the sales process and what it would take to sell my house. She also impressed me by doing a lot of research upfront which showed she takes this seriously, is willing to go above-and-beyond in the services she provides, and makes the most efficient use of everyone’s time. Dana is also very innovative in her use of technology and social media to increase her availability to clients, maximize the effectiveness of advertising existing listings and to provide useful information about the community (real estate, jobs, schools, etc.). I have dealt with several agents during my life and she is by far the best I have used. Personally, I think anyone looking to either sell a home or purchase a new one would be making a great choice by selecting Dana.

Dana is an excellent real estate agent. Hard working, knowledgable, and gets the job done! She also remains very patient and level headed even when difficullt issues arise. Dana is also very pleasant to work with, and she has been both a listing agent, and the buyer’s agent for me in two transactions. She recently has also done both roles for my sister after I recommended her. She is currently assiting my nephew and his family (who are in the process of relocating to Raleigh) in finding a home to purchase.
I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WITHOUT HESITATION!

This was my first home buying experience and Dana did a great job in helping to make it happen for me. She was available to show houses, provide info on areas and properties and answer any questions I had along the way (there were many). Once I chose a house and was ready to make an initial offer, Dana made the negotiation and buying process completely painless. I couldn’t believe how easy she made all of it. I would highly recommend Dana’s services to anyone.

What can I say…Dana is as good as they get! I love my home and am just as excited about it today as I was the day my family moved into it. She did her homework, research and after we found the perfect home…went to bat for us to help us get a great deal! I would highly recommend her and can say that if we are ever in the market for a new home or another home…she’ll be the first person we call!

Dana asked me to write a quick summary of my experience with her in my latest real estate purchase a few months ago, and I am happy to come here and provide feedback. Dana had to be one of the most informed and well mannered people I have ever done business with. She walked me through every component of my house purchase and really did an excellent job in helping me learn more about buying a house than I could ever imagine.
