Sellers Agent: Works ONLY in the best interest of the seller. Their job is to sell the property for the highest price and best terms for the seller…even when they are showing you the home, their loyalty is to the seller only.
Buyer’s Agent in a regular/traditional office: (that also lists properties for sale). May occasionally represent a buyer, may also represent a seller and may switch to being a Transaction broker…all in the same day while they are showing you properties.
